Located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the Alderney Landing Community Cultural Centre is a pillar in the community and a focal point of the Halifax Harbour and Dartmouth waterfront. Known for its theatre, market, art gallery and outdoor event space, the centre has become known as a hub where there truly is something for everyone.
In 2021, Alderney Landing began working on a re-imagining process to help guide the centre’s future over the next 25 years. As part of this exciting initiative, Up was hired to create a new project brand, tagline and visual identity – something that made FELT like them while bringing the unique pride Dartmouth is known for. Enter: Our Side.
From brand concept, design and testing, to a communications strategy, web build and editorial content calendar development… we’ve loved every step. There is truly so much to be excited for as they reimagine and expand over the coming years. And if one thing is for sure… the future is bright for Alderney Landing!
